Photo Products
Effective date: August 1, 2026
All Shoott photo products are personalized and made to order. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Final Sales, Order Changes, and Customer Errors
Final Sale
Because each photo product is custom-made using the photograph, crop, size, material, finish, display option, quantity, and other selections made at checkout, all photo-product purchases are final.
Shoott does not accept traditional returns or exchanges except when a product qualifies for replacement under this policy or when a refund is required by applicable law.
Before submitting an order, customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming:
The selected photograph;
The image crop;
The product and dimensions;
The material and finish;
The display or mounting option;
The quantity;
The shipping method; and
The complete shipping address.
Changes and Cancellations
Orders may enter production immediately after they are submitted.
Please contact support@shoott.com as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. Shoott will make a reasonable effort to accommodate the request if production has not begun, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be changed or canceled.
If Shoott is able to cancel an order before production begins, the canceled amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Customer Ordering Errors
Shoott does not provide refunds, exchanges, credits, discounts, or complimentary replacements when a customer selects or orders the wrong:
Photograph;
Crop;
Product;
Size;
Material;
Finish;
Display or mounting option;
Quantity;
Shipping method; or
Shipping address.
A corrected product must be placed as a new order at the current product and shipping price.
Shoott is not responsible when a product does not fit the customer’s intended space or when the customer later decides that they prefer a different photograph, product, size, crop, material, finish, or display option.
2. Shipping and Delivery
Production and Delivery Times
Most orders shipped using standard shipping are expected to arrive within 5–10 business days, unless a different estimated timeframe is displayed during checkout.
This estimate includes both production and shipping time.
Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Certain products, large sizes, specialty materials, specialty finishes, high-volume orders, and orders placed during peak periods may require additional production or delivery time.
Production and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may result from:
Carrier disruptions;
Severe weather;
Natural disasters;
Seasonal order volume;
Service interruptions;
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information; or
Other circumstances outside Shoott’s reasonable control.
Shoott is not responsible for missed gifts, events, deadlines, display opportunities, or other consequences resulting from a production or shipping delay.
When required by applicable law, Shoott will notify the customer of a material shipping delay and provide any cancellation or refund options required by law.
Shipping Options
Available shipping methods, estimated transit times, and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
Expedited shipping generally reduces the amount of time an order is in transit after production is complete. It does not reduce production time unless priority production is expressly included in the selected option.
Original shipping charges and expedited-service charges are nonrefundable except when:
Shoott cancels the applicable order before shipment;
Shoott or its fulfillment provider made a shipping error; or
A refund is required by applicable law.
Tracking and Separate Shipments
Tracking information will be sent by email once the order ships, when tracking is available.
Tracking information may not update immediately after the carrier receives the package.
Products included in the same order may have different production requirements. An order may therefore:
Ship in multiple packages;
Arrive on different dates; or
Include separate tracking numbers.
A partial shipment does not mean that the remaining portion of the order has been canceled or lost.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct:
Recipient name;
Street address;
Apartment, suite, or unit number;
City;
State;
ZIP code; and
Any other information required for delivery.
Shoott is not responsible for an order that is delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly because the customer provided incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate shipping information.
Orders returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, failure to claim the package, or another customer-related delivery issue are not eligible for a refund.
The customer will be responsible for any product and shipping charges required to reproduce or reship the order.
Packages Marked as Delivered
A package is considered delivered when the shipping carrier records it as delivered to the address provided with the order.
Before contacting Shoott about a package marked as delivered, the customer must:
Check the delivery location and surrounding area;
Check with other household members;
Check with neighbors when appropriate;
Check with building staff, a front desk, mailroom, or property manager when applicable; and
Contact the shipping carrier to open a missing-package or delivery investigation.
A request for assistance must be submitted to Shoott within seven calendar days of the carrier’s recorded delivery date.
The request must include:
The Shoott order number;
The tracking number;
Confirmation that the customer completed the steps above; and
The carrier’s case or investigation number.
Shoott is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. However, Shoott may review documented carrier errors or misdeliveries on a case-by-case basis.
Assistance with a carrier investigation does not guarantee a replacement or refund.
Packages Not Delivered
Customers should contact Shoott when:
Tracking identifies the package as lost;
The carrier confirms that the package cannot be located; or
The package has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery period.
Claims involving packages that were not delivered must be submitted within seven calendar days after the end of the estimated delivery period.
Shoott may require the customer to contact the carrier and provide a carrier case or investigation number before the claim is reviewed.
If Shoott confirms that a package was lost before delivery, Shoott’s standard remedy will be an identical replacement shipped using standard shipping.
3. Replacement Eligibility and Claims
Products Eligible for Review
Shoott will review timely claims involving:
Products damaged during shipping;
Clear manufacturing or material defects;
Broken, missing, or incorrectly installed mounting or display hardware;
The wrong photograph being produced because of a Shoott or fulfillment error;
The wrong product, size, material, finish, display option, or quantity being produced because of a Shoott or fulfillment error;
An image being cropped materially differently from the final crop shown with the order, excluding normal production trimming; or
An item missing from the shipment.
A product does not qualify for replacement solely because the customer dislikes the selected photograph, crop, size, color appearance, material, finish, display option, quantity, or overall appearance of the product.
Claim Deadline
All claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products must be submitted within seven calendar days of delivery.
The claim period begins on the date the carrier records the package as delivered.
Claims submitted after the deadline may be denied except when applicable law requires otherwise.
Required Documentation
Claims must be submitted to support@shoott.com and include:
The customer’s full name;
The order number;
The email address used to place the order;
A clear description of the issue;
A photograph showing the entire product;
Close-up photographs clearly showing the claimed problem;
Photographs of the shipping box;
Photographs of all internal packaging;
A photograph of the shipping label; and
Any additional information reasonably requested by Shoott or its fulfillment provider.
For shipping-damage claims, the photographs must show the condition of both the product and the packaging.
Claims that do not contain sufficient documentation may be delayed or denied.
Customers must keep the product, shipping box, packaging materials, and shipping label until Shoott confirms in writing that they may be discarded.
Customers must not return or mail a product to Shoott, the photographer, or the printing facility unless Shoott provides written return instructions.
Products returned without authorization may not qualify for a replacement or refund.
4. Replacement and Refund Remedies
Standard Remedy
When a claim is approved, Shoott’s standard remedy will be an identical replacement of the affected product.
The replacement will use the same:
Photograph;
Crop;
Product;
Size;
Material;
Finish;
Display or mounting option;
Quantity; and
Other specifications included in the original order.
A complimentary replacement cannot be changed to a different photograph, crop, product, size, material, finish, or display option.
A request to change any original specification will be treated as a new customer order and charged at the current product and shipping price.
Approved replacements will be produced according to normal production timelines and shipped using standard shipping.
Customers requesting expedited replacement shipping will be responsible for the additional expedited-shipping cost unless Shoott determines otherwise.
When Replacement Is Unavailable
If Shoott determines that an identical replacement is unavailable, Shoott may issue a refund limited to the amount paid for the affected product.
Except when required by applicable law:
Shoott will determine the appropriate remedy;
Shoott is not required to provide store credit;
Shoott is not required to provide a partial refund or price adjustment;
Shoott is not required to provide an upgraded product; and
Shoott will not provide both a replacement and a refund for the same affected product.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
The time required for a refund to appear in the customer’s account will depend on the customer’s bank, credit-card issuer, or payment provider.
Original shipping charges, expedited-service charges, and charges for unaffected products are nonrefundable except when required by applicable law.
5. Color, Cropping, and Material Variations
Photographs displayed on phones, tablets, and computer monitors may appear different from printed products.
Screens vary in:
Brightness;
Color calibration;
Contrast;
Saturation;
Resolution; and
Display settings.
Printed products also reproduce color, brightness, texture, and detail differently depending on the selected material.
Metal, acrylic, fine-art paper, and other materials may vary in:
Brightness;
Saturation;
Contrast;
Texture;
Reflectivity;
Surface appearance; and
Finish.
A portion of an image may be trimmed during printing, mounting, or production.
Minor variations in color, brightness, contrast, saturation, positioning, texture, reflectivity, or cropping are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.
6. Issues Not Covered
Shoott does not provide replacements, refunds, exchanges, credits, or discounts for:
Customer ordering or selection errors;
A change of mind;
Choosing the wrong photograph, crop, product, size, material, finish, display option, or quantity;
A product that does not fit the customer’s intended space;
Minor color, brightness, contrast, saturation, texture, reflectivity, positioning, or cropping variations;
Differences caused by a customer’s screen, device settings, or ambient lighting;
Normal characteristics of the selected print material;
Normal trimming or image loss during printing or mounting;
Image characteristics visible in the original photograph or order preview;
A photograph appearing blurry, dark, light, grainy, or pixelated when those characteristics were present in the original image;
Damage occurring after delivery;
Dropping or mishandling the product;
Improper hanging, mounting, installation, cleaning, or storage;
Exposure to moisture, water, excessive heat, extreme temperatures, or direct sunlight;
Normal wear and tear;
Products altered, repaired, mounted, or modified after delivery;
Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, except documented carrier errors reviewed by Shoott;
Incomplete or inaccurate shipping information;
Refused or unclaimed packages;

Missed gifts, events, deadlines, or display opportunities.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
