Position Overview: We are seeking a part-time detail-oriented and creative Visual Asset and Content Assistant to join our team. This will support our photography operations and contribute to the creation of visual assets for our platform and marketing channels. This position will start at 20-30 hours per week with the potential for more if the candidate is the right fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Select the “best” photos from client galleries for use across Shoott’s website, social media, and marketing materials.

• Help manage, organize, and maintain digital files and assets, ensuring they are properly labeled and stored.

• Collaborate with the team to create and curate visual content.

• Ensure consistency and quality in visual assets that align with Shoott’s brand standards.

• Occasionally participate in photoshoots by capturing behind-the-scenes video on your phone/camera.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a photography-related role or visual content creation is preferred.

• Proficiency with Canva or photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).

• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a diverse team.

• Passion for photography, visual storytelling, and creative problem-solving.

• Experience creating engaging Tiktoks or IG Reels a major plus. Ideally someone who is dynamic and great behind and in front of the camera!
