Position Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Sales Lead to help drive our efforts in business development and local marketing initiatives. You must be a dynamic and strategic people-person with a knack for establishing relationships and closing sales. This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape Shoott's growth trajectory and expand our presence in key markets. This position will start at 20-30 hours per week with the potential for more if the candidate is the right fit.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline for our consumer business and our b2b headshot business including but not limited to schools, community organizations, and companies.
Collaborate with leadership to create customized partnership proposals and marketing campaigns aligned with Shoott's objectives and brand identity.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing partnerships.
Qualifications:
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, partnership management, or similar roles
Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and executing relationships and strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.
Strategic mindset with a knack for creative problem-solving and innovation.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
